Tampa, 2006... the THIRD BAND
The name “the THIRD BAND” comes from one of our first appearances with our present lineup
in 2006...
We were playing incognito as "the Unusual Suspects", hoping not to be recognized.... and
it worked. No one seemed to remember the band’s name, but several called and emailed Krewes Kare asking the fateful
question “who was the third band?” We figured “why fight it?” The
following week we played a benefit at another venue and we were the fourth band.
But we decided to leave
well enough alone.
